According to the weather man, just a few flakes. Going to send him a dictionary with the word few highlighted.

They're predicting 2 inches tonight.

May I yet again say how thrilled I am to be working from home?

People in Columbus react to snow as if it were radioactive fallout.

People in Cleveland laugh hysterically at people in Columbus.

Love snow but not in the beginning of November. It funny through my brother lives in Texas and the once in a blue month they get even a few flakes, no one moves there. In Milwaukee, we just check to make sure we have survival supplies and go.

Our local TV stations excel at whipping people up into a frenzy, ie, "team coverage of the winter weather advisory".

We live in the freaking Midwest...we're supposed to have snow !!!!

And fear leads to poor driving...too fast for the conditions, or too slow & making people get cranky and try to pass, spin outs, etc.

Have I mentioned how thrillled I am to be working from home?

Are you Thrilled to be working at home, not sure yet (heyhey)
Yea I hate when i'm driving and some jerk with out of state license are going so slow that the care isn't really moving. I'm from Erie PA where snow is measured in feet not inches, and I now live by lake Michigan where every time it snow add at least another 25-30% to the totals.

Just wish Mother Nature would have held off for a while yet, or didn't decide to add dropping temps and strong northly winds to our weather.

Erie??? I'm from Uniontown (45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh). Of course, I've now lived in Ohio (30 years) longer than I lived in Pennsylvania (22 years).

Yeap was born in Erie, then moved to Buffalo then Milwaukee 50 years ago. I remember on Christmas visiting my grandmother (she lived in Erie a few doors away) being able not to go home to Buffalo and seeing my dad and uncles on top of their cars trying to find them under all the snow the next day. We actually had to take a train home. Milwaukee (Actually I'm in Bay View-a community of Milwaukee) we get so much more than just 30 blocks away cause we live on top of four hill from the lake. So we get it from all directions.

Neat that your in Ohio, I go through it each time I Delware. Seems like a nice green state.

Yeah, I like Ohio, but I'd like it more if it was on the Pacific Coast...

Don't think it will change locations. But Spikes is there and I know you had a great time there.

I was out there for Christmas one year when my husband was in the Navy, not my think. I want snow on Christmas day!
