Frustration and

Well finally home from the pig pen that my ex-daughter in law left for my son and I to clean. Her sister and sister's kids have lived there for the last year while my grandkids spent much of the time with their dads.

She took only what she wanted and left the rest including all the kids things. The sister's kids wrote nasty comments about my grandkids making my granddaughter cry.

 It took 48 bags just to clean out the garbage from the upstairs and main floor.  The dressers (all broken) beds (all with juices and milks poured over them) and other things haven't been taken out yet.  The basement hasn't been touched yet and a freezer is filled with spoiled meat.  The back yard was filled with garbage thrown out the kitchen window and took another 20 bags to clean up.

We took pictures of everything but these women are out of our lives, and the kids but what they did to the house will take months fix (holes in most of the walls) to sale.

Guess this was just my way to leave out my frustration and anger.  Pat

Thanks, the kids got a lot of them from my sister, niece, nephew, son and me today. Lots of tears after seeing what had been done to their things and house.

Hey it's over with and Pam is gone. Yes lots of cleaning but a good cleansing both physically, mentally and spiritually. Just think how good it will all be once this part is over with and the house gets sold.

How dreadful! It had to be very difficult to see the circumstances, much less have to do all the cleanup. Please vent all you want - it sounds like you have every right to. Feelings always run high in such cases but this is downright vindictive. Your poor granddaughter - how awful that she was exposed to such ugliness.

Thankfully your grandkids did not spend much time there, but I feel sorry for the other kids who did.

Hard to know what to say. Some people are beyond belief. This is a chapter over and you can move on. It must be desperately hard though. Hugs from me.

I'm coming onto this not kowing much about what's going on but it sounds perfectly horrible. How anyone can live like how you're describing is beyond me.

I'm so glad this is now a past chapter in your life and you and the rest of the family can move on to better things.

Believe me, there are people who live in much worse conditions. We had to move Chef's daughter (by marriage) out of their house (found that they had been squatting in it for nearly two years. They used the house payment (being given to them by grandparents) for fun stuff. The Big Guy refused to let me help,but the conditions were much the same. It was horrific - and they have a big dog that they kept inside... always. Think about it...

Sounds like the same situation. She and her family (at something 10 or 12 kids and 2/3 adults) were there, 3 big dogs and 5 cats before she moved. But you're right we are moving on, just the kids that don't know what to make of a clean house (have to keep reminding them their are garbage cans, etc.) Thanks for the support

It will be quite the change for them. Don't be surprised if they move in the opposite direction and become very neat!

Oooops... I'm very late, the last days were... busy... So... some very late hugs and I second the idea that it's great they're gone. This looks like to be worth the cleaning up...
Sometimes, it would be great to have a deadly-face Napoleon and an icy-eyes Illya...
Plus... they're good at house cleaning... Suburbia...

Can you send them over, I'll feed them, help them, and even draw their baths afterwards and wash their backs. mmmmmm
