question about dreamwidth.

Okay so I imported everything to Dreamwidth.  So now my questions is how do I get my friends (as everything there now says my friends with the livejournal address).  do I need to find each person and ask to friend them again?

Also if someone post in Dreamwidth and doesn't import to LJ, is there a way to get a notice of it?

Sorry guys, this site does confuse me for some reason.

thanks, yes had no problem with the communities they came over easily, it is the friends that I'm having a problem with. Will try your idea with a few.
