The Queen would agree with that. She was quoted years ago as saying that whenever she visits anywhere one toilet facility gets repainted and flower arrangements added and made all nice, every other one is hidden from sight. So she makes a point of using the one that's been done up as she never knows when her next opportunity will appear.
